England - Travel Guide

England, the largest country in the United Kingdom, is home to some of the most famous landmarks including; Buckingham Palace, Stonehenge and the Big Ben. Unknown to most, England also features some of the most beautiful natural scenery, from beaches in Southern England to mountain ranges in Northern England.

London, the capital of England, attracts over 20 million tourists on a yearly basis offering restaurants, bars and clubs as well as museums, markets and parks and almost 2000 years’ worth of history to take in. Situated on the River Thames, in the south-east of England, London is a central hub with a diverse range of cultures, languages and ideas, providing an unforgettable experience for all tourists.

If you’re the type of person that prefers rolling hills and mountainous landscapes, then Northern England is the place for you. Both the Lake District and the Peak District are located on the northern side of England and feature stunning forests, lakes and mountains. If lakes and mountains aren’t for you, then head on down to Cornwall in the South West of England, where you will be greeted with sandy beaches and granite cliffs.

England has a destination for any tourist, and with the recent Brexit activity the Pound has become relatively weak, meaning that now is the best time to enjoy a holiday in England.
